  • From now on we will require that a prefix is set for any items in the sales area. We have created regions and locations for this. We also require that you select a delivery option before posting your listing. This will hopefully help us streamline the things that get listed for sales here and help local people better advertise their items, especially for local only sales. Huge amount of stuff for sale!

File a dispute. The goal of this is to initiate communication between buyer and seller, and will likely influence the seller to send your item or a refund. I allow 3-4 days for communication to happen. Day 4 comes along and I upgrade it to a claim--which is saying "I don't have my item(or it is not as described) and I demand a refund." PayPal will choose what happens--trust me, anyone who files against this guy will win. Thats how it always works.
