Free Dial-up E-Mail

Does anyone know of a free dial-up E-Mail service (must be text-mode) in the U.S. that doesn't require any software on the computer? (Extra points if it has easy POP3 or IMAP capabilities) Don't need any games or doors, just need to be able to send E-Mails to the Model 100 Listserv with my Model 100. I would like to do this with little or no external hardware.

An alternative would be access to my GMail account through dial-up.

Prison Board BBS is great. Telnet or internet to rdfig.net for e-mails and such, or dial in, 400baud lowest I think--972-329-0781

Been using it for years, love it. POP3 capability.
