Toshiba T1100plus diags program

Does anyone out there who may own one of these by chance have the diagnostics program for this particular model? I need it to complete my system. Also does anyone know what the dip switch inside this thing does? thanks

I have the disk.
The doc file says there are 2 files for the T1100, TEST & CHAD.
I've attached those 2 files in a zip (Toshiba Diag Files) here.

Don't you just love these old Toshiba's? The T1100 Plus is from 1986 and mine still runs like a top
