There are several mailing lists devoted to Hypercard that I know of and are still somewhat active. I follow them somewhat since I sometimes work with (Windows based) Hypercard derivatives.
Try http://www.quibble.com/hclist/ for some ideas.

The classic Mac programming sites and lists I knew of seem to have been taken down or not have classic Mac programming related posts in the last decade.
