LHA, ZIP, ARJ frontend in DOS?

I seem to recall Norton Navigator had those functions but when i looked i could not find any. So is there a nice DOS frontend with possibility to generate a batchline with -argument -flags -switches for exe,com extensions. To unpack LHA, ARJ, ZIP when marked up and pressed and so on?

Oh yes i know it is a bit lazy but it is just me.

I think Norton Commander can do that. But it needs to know where ARJ, LHA is.

there's a program called SHEZ which a lot of folks used as a FE for archivers back in the day.
