If anybody's interested in getting a legal, fully licensed copy of CodeWarrior 8.0 for Mac for free, send me a PM for instructions on how to do it. You can't redistribute it or make it available for downloading, but you can upgrade it to v8.3 if you choose.

What version(s) of OS X will this run on?

I don't know the minimum version of Mac OS, but I suspect it's 8.0, all the way to 9.2.2
