Activity stream via RSS?

I'm wondering if there is a way to get the forum "Activity Stream" via an RSS feed?

I don't recall whether you're a Mac user. If you are, you might be interested in a Safari extension called RSS Menu which makes it easy to see what RSS and Atom feeds a web page exports. That's what I used to find out the VCF RSS feed. I use an RSS feed reader called Vienna on my Mac.

P.S.: I just listened to the latest RCR, and it was very entertaining as usual! I even listened to it at normal speed.

One of the other forums I frequent has a little tool called "The Ticker" which lists the last 200 or so posts or moderator actions live.

I don't remember if it was a custom plugin or if it was a purchasable snap-in but over there I swear by it because I can be away for the day and when I come back (especially on less active times) I can see exactly who posted where and when the last time was I visited a thread, if at all.
