64k DRAM "TMS4164-12NL"

Hey guys,

I've got some "TMS4164-12NL" 64k DRAMs from Texas Instruments laying around here for a long period of time.
Now I want to use them but could not find any datasheets for them.

Can you help me out?

Searching for tms4164 seemed to come up with several? This is the old 64Kx1 DRAM, not the new much larger one.

Lots of manufacturers for this part (with different names, of course) and arguably one of the most common of vintage DIP DRAMs. -12N, I believe, implies 120nsec.

It was used quite extensively in the PC, XT and their associated memory expansion boards.
