IBM 5150 with some XT parts fitted (PSU & 10MB hard drive). Fitted with 256K motherboard, MDA+parallel card, floppy controller, Xebec HD controller, and IBM 256K RAM card.
It powers on and boots from floppy or hard drive, but there are a few issues any buyer should know about:
The case is a bit shabby (see photos) and someone has cut a hole for a game port in the back. The hard drive bearings are noisy, and one of the chips on the RAM card has bent pins so is a little loose in the socket. I think this is what's causing a RAM error on first power on, but the system always boots OK after a reset.
The keyboard is a UK Model F (1501105) and is fully working.
I have the original 16-64K motherboard and Quadram Silverboard(?) 512K RAM/RTC/IO board. Both of these are faulty.
I also have some spare cards:
1x MDA+parallel card
3x floppy controller
1x Xebec HD controller (missing backplate)
1x Apparat RAM card (unknown spec)
PM with offers for some or all of the above.
If you would prefer a trade, I am currently looking for an AT/XT switchable keyboard and a serial mouse.
Thanks
David
