IPC 80286 with the mainboard (MB286EV_12 Rev 1.0)

Hi to all, I have an old IPC 80286 with the mainboard (MB286EV_12 Rev 1.0) and only found a result that to link to this page, I find information and I have a problem when I turn the PC, on the image can observe, could help me please? that problem may have? I want to restore, im spanish sorry for my english... :oops:

It looks like the computer isn't outputting anything to the monitor, or the monitor isn't working right. For starters, it looks like your monitor is too bright... Try to play with its settings while it is on and see if you can get anything on the screen.

Or if you can, try the monitor on a known working computer and see if it displays anything, or hook up a known working monitor to this IPC PC...
 
hello, i try the bright and tune and doesn't work, y try with another video card and another monitor and don't work, i see some oscillator burned and i took a pic, but i don't know if is that the problem, can you see the pic of oscillators? i try to update in best quality...
