    Amiga Corp in 1983?

Neil from RMC briefly talks about Amiga as a joystick maker at about 1:01 in: He mainly talks about the Amiga Joyboard, but if you google that, then you'll find a photo with the Joyboard with what appears to be your joystick attached. Looks like it's called The Power-Stick.

California Wanted: TRS-80 model 4 keyboard

If there has been a heavy impact on the keyboard, often some of the tracks on the underside of the PCB get cracked, even if it's not obvious from visual inspection. However if you get the keyboard schematic from the technical reference manual, you can find the broken tracks using a mulitmeter...

Videos of various vintage computers demonstrated on "Mr. Wizard's World" (1983-1989, Nickelodeon)

Judging by its white colour and the location of the badge on the upper left of the keyboard, I'd say it was a TRS-80 Model 12.

Why does TRS-80 Model III/4 corrupt inserted disks on power-on/off?

Any experienced TRS-80 Model III/4 owner knows that the disk shouldn't be in the drive (with drive door down) when powering on/off the computer, otherwise the disk can become corrupted. Does anyone know technically what's actually happening for the disk to become corrupted? Is the drive head...

    Tandy 3 in uncertain condition

That bracket could be the one which attaches the keyboard cable to the rear shield assembly. See picture from technical reference manual attached.

Video of TRS-80 Model I repainting

Video of a guy repainting a TRS-80 Model I: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xigwt-qaTkk As he mentions at the end of his video, the texture of the finish isn't right. Even though he's happy with the colour, it looks a bit light to me. I suspect the multiple layers of paint doesn't help to make...

Is it a bad idea to store a TRS-80 Model III/4 on its side or back?

I'd like to store my Model III in a wardrobe which isn't deep enough to store the computer in its normal orientation. Is it a bad idea to store it on one of its sides or its back? My possible concerns are: (i) abnormal stress on the CRT mounting posts; (ii) possible (although probably...

TRS-80 Model III product/catalog number relabelling

In episode 1 of the TRS-80 Trash Talk podcast (http://www.trs80trashtalk.com) Ian mentioned (@42:10) that he had serviced Australian Model IIIs with a 26-1062 catalog number sticker (I assume he actually meant 269-1062, which is the corresponding Australian number) obscuring the original 26-1061...

New HxC Floppy Emulator copy utility for Amiga

Allows files on the HxC floppy emulator media (e.g. SD card formatted as FAT32) to be copied to the Amiga file system, without needing to use HFE files. This is especially useful for copying files larger than 880kB (the Amiga floppy disk size). For download, installation, limitations, and...

    TRS-80 Model 4 128K Upgrade

Yeah sorry, I was only referring to Model 4 mode. Yeah you're right, the blocks just move one full line at a time so there isn't any weirdness as it moves down the screen, although it does use hollowed blocks so you can see the different pixel heights. See attached.
