ebay is a modern monopoly and needs to be burned to the ground. Free enterprise is not a thing anymore and thier legal team crushes anyone even trying to setup an auction site in the US. If ebay is a monopoly in the U.S., and kills off any potential rivals, doesn't that make it liable for anti-trust laws?

We have other online sellers here, who have flourished for years, because monopolistic behaviour is not allowed here.
