Texelec Quadflop - DIPS are wrongly labelled

You shouldn't put anything at C000 anyway, c800 is the safest universal location that will work from PC through x86 up to Pentiums. DiskOnChip modules *only* work between C800/D000/D800 to avoid conflicts.

Intel SBC-640 Multibus PSU schematic needed

For anyone reading this in the future - after looking at the schematic and what it was doing in-circuit I figured a 2N3055 would work in its place, and indeed it does now work fine replacing the 171-1 transistors :)

    Intel i661 multibus 286

Just to add that this morning I repaired the PSU by replacing the two bad 171-1 transistors (one had a B->C short, the other was leaking C->E). As the -12v transistor had shorted, I decided to also replace its ua723 regulator at the same time. I checked the state of some of the caps in the...

Intel SBC-640 Multibus PSU schematic needed

hi Jon, Thankyou for the schematic for the PSU though that will be a help! Currently i have a bad 171-1 transistor on the -12v rail. On removing the others to service the rest of the psu board i found the other two measure differently from each other as well. Do you know if a more easily...

I thought I would make a separate thread for this new system i got (mentioned in another thread about the psu). I recently got a an Intel i661 chassis and it came with a manual (145340-001) but I wasn't able to find this online so i scanned it myself. It is just JPGS though so it needs turning...

LED speed display settings for TD-38S

hi all, I have an LED mhz speed display in a case I am building right now marked TD-38S , I did not see listed on minuszerodegrees, but several that are close. I used K-568 for the diagram to help me suss out where the normal and turbo pins were for each unit. I took photos of the group of...

hi all, I have a Teknor AT4 single board computer (486sx33), and from reading the manual there is a utility called 'xflash' that is used to manage the flash memory that is used to boot the computer as if it had a disk in the A: drive. The SBC i have is programmed with proprietory software...

Looking for Diamond Pak ISA multi I/O card manual

I found the info I needed to use it from other DFI manuals on minuszerodegrees.net, for the MG-150 videocard it uses, and other IO cards that are just integrated all into one here.

hi all, Recently acquired this board and am still puzzled as to its function and purpose in life. I can't find any detailed information anywhere that I can see - just a listing for the company in a PC magazine from BITD (but can't see the original source page). Looks to have Z80H but no...

Unknown XT class SBC CPC-010 ROM dump and explanation

Thanks yeh I'm aware of this option, but i would like to keep on original hardware as thats cheaper - and what I have to hand :) Right now i've been trying a Seattle Computer Products SCP 134C (RAM +3) ISA multi-I/O board but its very old and decrepit. That has another 256k onboard it, and...

Unknown XT class SBC CPC-010 ROM dump and explanation

I found this ISA card recently and thought it was an EGA video card because of the DE-9... Etched with : 61-020066-00 and screned with NT2V0 DC 9046 #515001-01 Turns out it is a single-board computer. I went to the local junk shop and got myself an ISA backplane and once I plugged in a...

Infochip Systems Expanz! ISA card software needed

hi all, Found this weird ISA card recently, dates to around 1990. I wondered if anyone had the software for this - I understand its an on-the-fly disk compression system which sounds rather nifty. Also seems like it works for Dos 3.3 or thereabouts. Any help appreciated!

    Suntek I/O card software

While i was copying the driver disk for another card, this one was next to it, so i figured i had better copy the contents over too. No idea what the card is/was/looked like though. Hopefully of use to someone, has RTC utilities and a spool thing.
