So everything was working great and then this happened. When I hit F1 to go into Setup and try to "Enable the Built-In IDE Controller," once I reboot, it goes back to Disable.

You da man, Chuck... it was hiding in plain sight. It's a TL-5151, Size 1/2AA, 3.6 volts (Tadiran Lithium Inorganic Battery).
I found one online for $8 and the battery has the soldering tabs... woot, woot!!
Can anyone please tell me where the damn battery is on this (486SX) NEC motherboard? I'm thinking maybe its the weird black tubular thing but I can't say for sure...
