10 Pin connector for TI-74

FYI, I found a 10 pin inline connector that fits the TI-74 dock/hexbus connector nicely at Jameco:

I'm considering building up a PCIF from the available schematic, and the first priority was to have a good interface connector.

Does anyone have any experience with building up your own PCIF? I see there's interface software for the PC available here:

Has anyone been using this? I see it is supposed to run on a PC with a parallel port - I still have a few laptops that have parallel ports, so I thought this might be something to play around with.

Does anyone have schematics or some good hires pictures (and values for components) of the CI-7 and PCIF cards?

I’d love to build at least a cassette interface. The two chips on Datamath appear to be standard ones. I need a higher res pic though and the back of the board as well. That just tells me the logic for cassette is in the 74 unit’s ROM.
