Got this recently....am *very* pleased. Less than $100 US.

This was a well-advertised board at the time. There is a single thread here on the site. Joel Owens had spent a good deal of time on this board and had documented his efforts on a website, but alas, we are left to the wayback machine, but still, I read it all. Then, I searched a bit (ok, a lot) and found that @ngdrascal, who has a single post here and in that latter thread, also has a github where much of the documentation (and more?) has been stored publicly!
I'm not worried about the missing chips as I know what they are; two 8255s for additional I/O, an additional EPROM, an AM9511/12 and an AM9513 (and an associated crystal), but these are for enhancements and not strictly needed to use the board. It arrived very clean and *very* well packed. Perhaps a little too tightly wrapped as the electrolytic broke a leg - no problem probably needed replacement anyways and easy enough to do.
I have the listing for that version of the monitor in EPROM and I am hoping that the second EPROM is readable and has a BASIC or something interesting.
I am going to take my time with this project. Probably wrap it back up for a bit, do some more reading, finish a project already on my bench, and savor it on my own time.
Love this stuff!
