8050 Test and Demo Disk - 8050DEMO.LNX.ZIP

Trying to get a working copy of 8050 demo and test disk as 8050demo.lnx.zip from zimmers.net
Can't find any regular digital version anywhere.
I see a thread titled 8050 drive diagnostics, but no answers.
Using DirMaster v3.1.5 I which i think can open lnx files I get 1 file that is not a prg
Using starlynx.exe under DOSbox I just get an error of file type.
Tried VICE running lynx8017.prg nothing doing.
Any help greatfully received!!

Could it be the file is corrupt?
