Accounting Plus documentation?

Just a wild shot ... Am looking for any documentation on the Accounting Plus accounting package made by Systems Plus ( Palo Alto ). Have loaded all 6 floppies ( Initialization, System Control, General Ledger, Inventory, Pay1, Pay2 ) onto my Altos 586 MPM system without any read errors from the floppies, but I can't figure out how to get the thing started .....tried running various "init" looking CMD files just gives memory dumps and this stuff absolutely used to run on a 586 machine type back in the day. They're the original floppies I picked up in LA back in about 83 and we did bookkeeping for a cosmetology school with this code ... head scratching here, am missing something subtle to get this thing going.

The Altos 586 is an 8086 machine isn't it?

Is there any chance the binaries are z80?

Forgive me if it's a stupid question - I'm not that familiar with MPM and what ran on it.

Thanks, Yes they're x86 binaries ... I spent some time in DDT86 with them. Now am pretty sure I'm dealing with a bad hardware memory management unit on the cpu board. I found a diagnostic suite that shows problems with it. Back to testing chips!
