8-bit XT card that functions like XT-IDE, but from 1992. Works well

2 questions
Can I swap its onboard bios chip for one that contains the XT-IDE rom?

It's got a 4-pin moles male connector, but what is it supposed to do? I get power, but it for power to the card from the psu, or to power a hdd from the card?

I disassembled the BIOS for this card in IDA Pro and found that it seems to be register compatible with an XTIDE rev1 card with the base address at 360h and control block address at 368h. Easiest way to verify this is to just load a BIOS file and run "Auto Configure" in XTIDECFG with a drive connected to the controller - it should be autodetected with the above settings.
