Altair 8800 for Sale

I'd already seen that auction and I am tracking it.

I've already got 2 8800s, an 8800a and an 8800bt so buying this one is unlikely, especialy at or beyond the current price ($1,600)

The price is fair, though, especially considering the C8080 on the CPU board. Most Altair's had the C8080A. The straight C8080 is a very rare CPU and is worth several hundreds of dollars to a chip collector. I saw a Rev 0 CPU board sell for over $700 just because it had that chip.
