Does anyone know what these Altex Scientific schematics are from? It looks like some kind of data collection device or perhaps motor control. The analog sheet mentions position sensor feedback, sample pulse, position sensor ref, position sensor sig, ps reset, servo osc, and servo rdy. The digital sheet shows a Z80 and RAM.

This set has hand written markup and corrections on it. I have higher resolution images and a few additional sheets that look like different revisions.

I did look them up and it looks like they did make devices along this line. But not much specific info.

Given the nature of Beckman Altex's business, I'd say a liquid chromatograph. Hard to say otherwise from the schematics, since we have no idea where the input come from. Call this a wild guess.

I worked there in the early 70s up to the middle of the Union drive. These appear to be for the analytical unit. The pumps had analog control boards.
