Am I crazy or are my capacitors growing breasts?

Hehe, this looks good :)

I saw these before, so I think they are made like this. Also the material is quite solid, it will break if something is growing that much.
 
Olivetti used them on several boards, for example at M24/6300. This was already funny for us Olivetti apprentices some 30 years back in time.
 
Rest assured your caps are not growing breasts. But once a month they will make loud shrill noises, be de-rated by half, become irritated by other resistors standing near them, and you may notice some slight leakage...
 
Are there easily found quality replacements?

No idea. Do they get broken? If we would have had to replace them, then as usually for spare parts, we would have used internal spare part numbers from original service manual to make sure that we get the correct components.
 
I'm wondering why you'd want to replace them? I doubt the have failed unless the port has been struck by lightning.
