Either a 1352 or a later one. Preferably official Commodore or Amiga branded, but I'll take any if you don't want a fortune for it (on eBay even the most generic in the universe is $35 shipped to me).

It's not impossible that I have a mouse for an Amiga in my giant tote bag of mice, however - I will look tomorrow - but I'd still like to get my hands on an official one if anybody is selling one for a reasonable price.
 
I'm pretty sure I have an official commodore/amiga "tank" mouse. Would be about half. Of the cost of what you saw. Including the shipping.
