Technically a Sinclair PC500, but it's really just a rebadged PC1512. ROMs are made in Japan, 1985.
Anyhow, anything I should know before I attempt reading them in my EP1132 programmer? Don't want to damage them.
Hoping it'll auto-detect the right profile for them, otherwise I'll need to know an equivalent profile to use!

Some Amstrad and Sinclair ROMs had an inverted select line, and occasionally slightly different pinouts.

From the schematic shown however, it looks like a normal 27c256 given it uses A14 ( 27c256 would be a 32K rom, so 64K for both ).

In read mode, it shouldn't raise VPP at all - they are probably just normal PROMs from the pinouts supplied.
