I have a 486 VL Motherboard (3 VLB, 2 8 bit ISA, 3 16bit ISA), Opti 495XLC Chipset.

The BIOS string and some googleing turned up this:
40-0802-001276-00101111-080893-OP495XLC-H: Jetway VL 486/5x86 Opti chipset up to 50Mhz

I am looking for the model of the motherboard to dig up a manual telling me what all the jumpers are.

TH99 isn't much help

I had checked there, could not find anything older then a socket 370 board there (unless it is hidden).

@Unknown_K, I realise that this is quite an old thread but, is this perhaps your motherboard?

If so, I do have the complete manual for this motherboard.
This particular one is the Jetway J-402B.

I did a quick look at my spare boards and it is not there, so I either built a machine with it or sold the board (not very likely). Will take a while to cycle the stored machines to know. A lot can happen since 2010.

Thank you. Appreciate the effort.
