	8 x 2GB 2Rx4 PC2-5300F-555-11-E0

As far as I can tell, these sticks are all registered RAM with ECC but anyone interested in any of this must verify compatibility themselves. These are sold AS-IS, no returns accepted. I don't know if they work and I have no way of testing them.

PM me if you're interested in any of this.

The last three groups of sticks with the "F" suffix are actually FB-DIMMs and are something completely different. Unless you have a machine which explicitly requires FB-DIMMs, they're not going to work because the modules are not mechanically compatible (the key notch is in a different location.)

I ordered the 16 gig sticks for my PowerEdge T610 and I have to say "YEE-HAW", with 192 gigs of RAM now I have no idea what I'm going to do with myself, very giddy here. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I know. Make a RAM drive and see if you can get Doom, Crysis, or the likes to in stall. That would be awesome. :eek:nfire:

Haha.. you're welcome! :D I'm glad you finally got the package. They sure took their sweet time at the ISC in Chicago - I thought I had made some kind of mistake with the shipment as I've never shipped anything abroad before. Then I googled "ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)" and it seems a package stuck there for 9 days isn't actually that bad in comparison with other peoples experiences.

Anyway, if you haven't done so already, I'd recommend running memtest86 (with ECC temporarily disabled in BIOS setup) just to make sure the sticks are all OK.

If anyone else needs RAM then let me know. I basically want these sticks to go to a good home rather than have them collect dust here.

I was going to ask if anyone knows anything about modern RAM drives because I'd like to figure out how I can install Windows 10 in RAM and just run the whole thing from like a 32 gig RAM drive or what not. :)

I can't turn ECC off on this PowerEdge but I will run Dell Diagnostics on the RAM later on, maybe overnight tonight, because Dell's Server diagnostics on RAM take a very long time.

Since RAMdrives are volatile you realize that you'd need to reinstall and reconfigure Windows 10 every time the machine rebooted.

I'm thinking if I can decompress a WIM to the RAM drive and when I shut down, stuff it back in the WIM or something along those lines...

All the PC2 RAM has been sold to lowen.

This is still available;
Code:
	11 x 8GB 2Rx4 PC3-10600R-09-10-E1-P1
			M393B1K70CH0-CH9Q5

	1 x 8GB 2Rx4 PC3-10600R-09-11-E2-P2

The remaining sticks has been sold (again, to lowen).

Thanks again to both of you guys.
