This morning I receiIMG_20230526_130905.jpgIMG_20230526_130926.jpgIMG_20230526_131025.jpgved two Appian ISA VGA video cards P/N 10754-01. Heir Google has nothing what so ever about these beuties.
Help from fellow vcfed.org members would be greatly appreciated.

Found out a little more about Appian Technology Inc. Originally ZyMos. It was quite a prolific peripheral
maker back in the day looking at the cards listed on the side of the box.

My cards have a tick in the white box next to M/G/P Card. Looks like they specialised in PCI accelerator cards in mid to late 1990s. In 2000 another company wit Appian in its name was formed specialising in graphic accellerators. Unsure if it was an off shoot of Appian Tech Inc. or not.

Can any othervcfed.org member shead my light on this at all?

Just guessing, but since there's apparenly no BIOS on the card, it's most likely a graphics acceleration add-on card similar to the Weitek Power 9000 and requires special software support.

You have two complete in box. Was there no manual inside?

No manuals. The TI chip is the graphics chip from what I can gather looking at it and its replacement chip specs. No PDFs found yet so still searching for more info. Will also check out my OS manuals of that period in their compatibility lists.

Their also is a daughter board that can be added in the top and bottem at the output side by the dip switch and the oscillator cans.

The chase is half the fun. ;) And at 50 NZ pesos for both was a no brainer.

I'm sure I'll nail it in time,, which I have lots of these days...

I don't give up easily either.
