Apple //c Issues

What could be causing an Apple //c to do this? The image moves and changes. I've ruled out the display, the CPU/IOU/MMU, the internal and external power supplies. This is a memory expansion //c.

You just asked on the FB site - I think you got a number of good answers including checking your crystal. Have you had a chance to vet any of those suggestions?
