ASR-33 (and rack kits)

Hi

Since I've just gotten a PDP-8/e I'm on the lookout for an ASR-33. It feels like the right contemporary terminal to use, and I could use the paper punch.

I'm not terribly rich and I guess that shipping this beast will take the better part of my budget, however I'm willing to pay a reasonable price for more functioning units.

Also, I need rack mounting kits for the DECtape unit and Paper tape reader, for a standard DEC rack.
