Assembly manual Altair 2K eprom board

Hello!

Does anyone know where I can find the assembly manual
of the Altair 8800 rev0 2K ROM board with 8x 1702 chips? ( Altair 88-PMC )

I've seen it on line for sure but I can't find it any more...?
