Assy 324003 a flickering image and pink stripes

Hi,

I have a problem with a flickering image and pink stripes.
I bought the computer practically dead. The VIC was faulty and UE8 was blocked. After replacing it, the computer started up, but there's a problem with the display.
The voltage is 5.04 V, and the electrolytic capacitors were replaced. Basic works normally, keyboard too.
I also replaced the ceramic capacitors near the VIC system but no change. This is the 2 pin 9V version. I set R7, R32 and C35 because someone messed them up looking for a screen problem.
Now I'm stuck, I don't know whether to check the RAM but it's soldered, so I'm putting it aside for now

Looks like the colour subcarrier frequency is off. Try carefully adjusting C35, the trimmer capacitor next to the crystal.
