I have an ATD model 116 memory board in my 5150 that I’m having trouble finding any sort of documentation for. Preferably. Owners/users manual

Do you know much about this board. I just picked one up today at an Estate Sale and cnat find much about it. Do you have an idea how much this board goes for? Or does it have another name?
