but in case it wasn't clear to the OP, the Apple II card only works in LCs, not the SE/30.
I was talking about the LC II; but in fact, never thought about the Apple IIe card and the SE/30 compatibility; so I suppose this time size does matter, right?
That's going to have a significant performance impact.
Wow, according some benches, it's nearly doubling the speed of the LC. Seems that the SE/30 it's a nice machine...
Anyway, I've seen that the screen resolution is a big drawback, you need a dirty hack in the monitor to get 640x480 pixels and be able to run modern software.
