CBM 8032 "factory upgrade" to SuperPET

Is the chip AM2716DC interchangeable with AM2716-1DC?

The original chip is AM2716DC. Can it be replaced with AM2716-1DC?

Yes.

An AM2716-1DC is faster than an AM2716DC.

So that way round is fine.

For an EPROM, a faster access time is better.
