Compu-Lite panel (identification please)

I have no idea what this is or where it's from. I've had it since I was very young.

I don't think it has anything to do with the Compulite that makes stage light controllers...but it might!

I'm betting on a magnetic cartridge of some type. They often had "fixed" areas and I would bet, could be write protected. All this is a total guess. I did work with cartridges for years around 1970 and later, always on an IBM 1130 mini computer.

Added - Looks like I was right. In another post, they more or less agree with my guesses.
