Datasette Tape Head Alignment Program

Does anyone know of a Datasette Tape Head Alignment program for the PET 2001-8?

I have seen them for the C64 and the VIC-20 but not the PET. I do not have a C64 or VIC-20 so I can't go that route.

I've never seen one for the PET. It should be possible but the lack of graphics would make a spectrum display a bit harder.
I usually do it by ear.

Actually, I always recommend leaving the head alignment alone unless you know for sure that's it's misaligned.
They are set at the factory and don't drift. Best to leave them alone.
The C64 had a number of titles made with misaligned heads so users sometimes had to adjust theirs to get a tape to load, but AFAIK, that never happened with the PET.
The most likely cause of a failure to load is old belts.

That said, there are a couple of ways to align the head if you don't have the software.
