In repairing the nonfunctioning RXV21 that came with my MINC-23, I got to the point where the issue was possibly the 256x8 fuse PROM at E24, designated 23065B1-00 in the drawings. It wasn't the fuse PROM, but I decided to pull it and dump it so I'd have a backup. Here it is:
The original part was a TI TBP18S22N, there are cross reference parts that should also work. The image was dumped with a Data I/O 29B with UniPak 2B in Intel HEX format. The board it came out of is an etch D, rev F.
