I am trying to find a video adapter that is a finished product (not a bare exposed board) and not expensive so I can convert composite video out to vga. I still have at least a dozen older LCD monitors with vga connectors and I am looking to somehow use them for commodore 64 or apple II (or any composite video signal really).

I have tried a couple items but have had zero luck. The last one I bought just shown a solid blue background: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084ZLX7X7?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

This is not for professional or serious use.. just so I dont have to have excess crt monitors on my work bench. What devices have you guys tried and to what success I would love to know.
