No idea if the manufacturer was anything more than a fly-by-night Taiwanese outfit, of which there must have been thousands.

At any rate, it looks like they took the WD-1002FOX reference design and implemented it.

Or this is a 2-drive clone of the Sysgen Omni-Bridge card. Same basic circuit.

Judging by the 2764 and the configuration jumpers on the right, I'd suspect it's a HD-FDC as well.

Could it be a BOCA RESEARCH one? Because there is an logo on the card..

Boca Research's logo was BOCA placed over a squiggle. The doubled triangles making a B followed by a vertical rectangle does not show up in any listing of logos I can find. The logo looks like it is playing off the style of Diamond Flower's linked triangles which would be expected for smaller Taiwanese manufacturers.

The two crystals and the WD37C65 pretty much tells the story. WD and SMC and others who cloned the controller published reference designs--and in SMC's case, real code. I've got both the WD1002A-FOX 4-drive card (it came in 4- and 2-dirve flavors) as well as a couple of WD1002FOX prototype cards--and the Sysgen Omnibridge, all of which use the 37C65 controller.

Chuck(G) Could you please check a content of the 0x3F1 I/O port ? Since XT had no CMOS, some Hi-density XT floppy controllers
had a jumpers to setup drive A: and drive B: type. See an UM8398 single-chip floppy controller as example, p. 4-147
