I was fortunate to be able to get this working 48K Exidy Sorcerer II computer. It has a weird 5-pin DIN connector that comes out of the empty area by the Expansion Bus. Anyone have any idea what the after-market connector might be for? (the first two photos are from the seller and the last one is mine)

I reckon that user modification was made to support the use of a 'professional' video monitor at some point. You have a nice Sorcerer II there; that chip is located at 9B. Hard to tell, but it looks like two wires are soldered to pins 9 and 10. That would be VSYNC and HSYNC. The cable probably picks up a ground wire on its way underneath the PSU board. By the way, you might want to replace the light blue cap on the PSU, as it looks cooked. I'd do all 3 while at it, if you can.
