Finding out about my grandfather.

Hello everyone in this forum. I am new and this is probably going to be my only post. I am inquiring about information on my grandfather. His name was Fred Sterling Aldred he was prominent in the California area, during the silicone valley boom. I cannot find his resume anymore, but his plaques are still in my possession. These are all generalized dates based off the plaques I have.
Apollo Computers (1984-1988)
Datapoint Corp(1978)
Honeywell Information Systems Inc. (not dated)
IBM (no date remembered from resume)
Comp Sci instructor at Santa Rosa jr college.(no date)
I also think he worked at Atari at some point as my mother had the Atari 5200 much earlier than anyone at the time.
As well as a couple others I cannot remember off the top of my head. I am the grandson of him and had never gotten to meet him as he passed in 01, and I was born in 07. I am extremely inclined by everything electronic I love soldering computer building u name it I probably do or have done it, I also love engineering as a whole not exactly inclined to one subject. If you knew my grandfather, met him, worked with him, bossed him around, anything of the sort. Please comment, pass this message to a friend, or message me personally if any of those apply to you. Do not bore me with ai summaries etc, as I’ve collected most of what I can access on the public web. Below I am attaching images of the plaques that I have on hand. (Side note, in the message from aida it mentions Ed Fafard. There’s also a plaque from Apollo computer inc with his name listed as the sse of the quarter Q1.1989)

I think you would enjoy contiuing here, so it would be great if you kept writing.

I can't help you with your search directly, I'm afraid. It's a very unusual request... it's very rare to see such personal requests.
Still, thank you for writing, and I encourage you to continue doing so. Things in this hobby tend to be cold, in the sense that we mostly talk about the technical side of the systems.
Sometimes, it's nice to know about the human aspect of it, the people who were behind the systems, that made and operated them.

That is an impressive set of awards. This is certainly a good place to search for possible colleagues of Fred. Another possible one is the FaceBook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/663131963782885/. I was drawn to the award from Honeywell due to the unique Tiger image, which I had seen many times in posters at various Honeywell customers. I associate that Ad campaign with the late 60s and early 70s, although I can't be sure the images weren't used later.
