Flea market 5.25 floppy games

The two choices, "rare" or "common" is are inadequate. Given that restriction, IMO, they are common Apple II games from the early 80s (look up their titles with the author's name). The one on the left appears to be a demo, which is not the full game. Both appear to be original copies from the early 80s. It may be that neither is in condition to be read. You have not struck gold but you have two interesting pieces of retro-computer games.
