Looks like The Final Chesscard for Commodore: http://www.spacious-mind.com/html/the_final_chess_card_for_commo.html
Basically a complete computer with a 6502 CPU, 8 KB RAM, and 64 KB ROM. It looks that one of the 32 KB ROMs is connected to the 6502 CPU and used for the firmware, while the other ROM is connected to the Commodore expansion port.

You are great and correct! Thank you! I'll find Commodore to test it (I have Apple2's & PCs only but I have friends that collect Commodore also). Is it valuable?
