Hi guys,

I've been in computing since papertape, teletypes and green screens. My first computer was an Ohio Scientific Superboard II (600 CPU board) in 1979 which I quickly tired of programming in BASIC and moved to assembler. I foolishly I threw it in a skip when I last moved house.
I've worked as a hardware test & design engineer and software developer but ended up making a living in networking.
I'm now starting to get into vintage computing and have colected a few old relics including some training and dedicated 6800 based PCBs, an MFA Microcontroller 8085 training system and a Tatung Einstein 256.
I'm also repairing a collection of arcade boards from back in the 1980's.

I hope to be a regular visitor and provide some support for anyone having issues with old kit. (may need some help myself tracking parts down too).

Graham

Welcome to the forums! :) Sounds like a pretty sweet history you had in the industry. What type of networking stuff did you end up settling on? Impressive stuff you're working on so far (6800 and 8085). What era arcade systems?
