I want to replace the AC filter cap in my ][+ power supply (605-5703, Astec Model AA11040B)

I've got the supply out of the machine and the power supply case is open.
The circuit board is mounted to the case with 6 screws, which I've removed.
Now how do I get the circuit board out?

Thanks,
Andy

Well the way I did it was after removal of 6 screws that hold the board down I turned the strain releif on the opposite side of the power input jack so as to see the part where it can be opened. There I inserted a small screw driver to pry the releif open. After removal of strain releif pull board slightly towards where releif was and board should flip over so you can get to the bottom of of it. I hope this helps out. Pics attached. Excuse blurrieness!

Great, that seems to have worked.
The trick is to get that small part of the strain relief lined up with the gap in the case.
Thanks!
