IBM 3153 Serial Terminal Help

I bought the last 3153 being sold at VCFE 2020. Unfortunately, it didn't have a keyboard or the IBM 11L2832 PS/2 adapter cable with it. Digging around, I found a pinout for the cable but the version I put together doesn't work. There's no +5V on the pin that the doc says it should be on. I buzzed the cable out twice to make sure I wired it properly. The guy who sold the terminals said he had tested them before he brought them to VCFE, so I have to assume the info I have is bad or the terminal has an internal problem. Would anybody have an adapter they could buzz out to verify the pinout? Or would anybody have an adapter they would be willing to sell? I've attached the info that I have.

Turns out the pinout on the RJ12 is wrong. The +5V is on Pin 5 of the RJ12 not Pin 6.
