Hi Everyone,
Me and my friend found two very damaged Fujitsu x151f monitors recently in Lviv, Ukraine. I’ve searched the web extensively and can find zero photos or official records of this specific model, other than some driver listings on DriverZone and a single 2005 repair post on Electronics-Lab.
Technical Details:
Model: x151f (Type: AC41xxx)
Date: November 1999
Power: 12V DC ⎓ 3A (36W)
Main Board: TW10794V-0 (Made in Japan)
Timing Controller: BU16310-07
It looks like a standard "beige" desktop monitor but uses internal ribbon cables and an LCD assembly that seems closer to a high-end LifeBook or Celsius laptop of that era.
Does anyone recognize this model, or even have one of these? If you do, please send a picture. I would like to see the original one. I've attached photos of the internals and the rear sticker.
