Hi Everyone,

Me and my friend found two very damaged Fujitsu x151f monitors recently in Lviv, Ukraine. I’ve searched the web extensively and can find zero photos or official records of this specific model, other than some driver listings on DriverZone and a single 2005 repair post on Electronics-Lab.

Technical Details:
Model: x151f (Type: AC41xxx)
Date: November 1999
Power: 12V DC ⎓ 3A (36W)
Main Board: TW10794V-0 (Made in Japan)
Timing Controller: BU16310-07

It looks like a standard "beige" desktop monitor but uses internal ribbon cables and an LCD assembly that seems closer to a high-end LifeBook or Celsius laptop of that era.

Does anyone recognize this model, or even have one of these? If you do, please send a picture. I would like to see the original one. I've attached photos of the internals and the rear sticker.

I'm not sure what there is to say. Presumably it was a 15" 4:3 aspect ration LCD monitor that accepted VGA. 90's era LCD stuff mostly all got recycled because it was 800x600 or 1024x768 but compared to something from ViewSonic, Samsung or Hansol it probably wasn't anything special beyond it was manufactured by Fujitsu.
