Hi everyone, I got that old 4MB memory expansion module and I try to identify for what machine it works with. The only thing I think I know is that it is for Compaq laptop. Any information you could have is welcome :) Thanks.

I am not absolutely positive as to what system that goes with but the Compaq SLT 386s laptop used a similar memory card. Difficult to judge exact size from a picture.

Here's the memory card from an SLT 286, its very similar. Might be spot on with the SLT 386.

@krebizfan Dimensions of the module : length : 9.6cm (about 3.78 inch), width : 4cm (about 1.57 inch). @twolazy It seems similar but I count 22 pins on each side of my module, 30 pins on yours, the I assume mine is not for SLT 286, but maybe for SLT 386, we'll see !

@krebizfan I think you're right, I found that picture on the compaq SLT 386 manual, it looks like the memory module I have. It would be great if someone is able to confirm that.

SLT 386 owner here who recently disassembled their unit, that is 100 percent a SLT 386 memory module.
Hi, i just bought a SLT 386 with 2MB Ram.
It looks identical from the PCB size and connection.
I would like to try & buy your Ram module :)
