Intersil HD-6120 - any information on different part numbers?

So after doing some reading up on the Harris/Intersil 61xx line of PDP-8-on-a-chip products, I picked up an HD-6120 just for the heck of it (to add to my collection of things I swear I'll do something with someday.) I'm curious, though, because the part number on the chip is actualy HD1-6120-8; every time I've seen a final appended digit/digits on a microprocessor, it's a speed rating in MHz, but the only datasheet I can find online for the 6120 lists 5.1 MHz as the maximum clock speed. Then again, that datasheet doesn't say anything about part codes, so I dunno...does anybody know if this means anything in particular? It'd be sweet to have one that could run over 50% faster than normal, but I'm really just guessing wildly here.

I suspected it wasn't, I was just curious because that's how I've seen operating frequency denoted on a number of other CPUs (6502, Z80, and 8086/88 spring to mind.)
