Looking for IBM 8514 and XGA BIOS images

Hello. I'm looking for BIOS ROM images for IBM Display Adapter 8514/A, IBM PS/2 XGA Display Adapter/A and IBM PS/2 XGA-2 Display Adapter/A. Firmwares for these graphics adapters are seems to be nowhere on the Internet, I've only found BIOS for IBM Image Adapter/A. Meanwhile, I've heard that there are PS/2 users here, and couple of months ago one of users offered image for XGA card.

My first question would WHY? My original 1MB 8514/A went to the Czech Lands, XGA is built into my P75s and I have a pile of XGA2 adapters.
I'm not really into violating copyright on a whim.
